We ordered an expensive Lelit Bianca and Bohnenfee forgot to send it until we wrote a negative review on google. Eventually, they reached out, we did get the machine and everything worked out ok. Next time, I would recommend ordering elsewhere. The prices are good though and your machine will arrive eventually.

Online scam!!! 30 days ago I have ordered coffee machine 969.Coffe Elba for 1.468,- EUR and till now has not been delivered. I warn you to buy anything from Bohnenfee. Manuela owner of the cafe and online shop is deliberately lying to her clients. Please stay away from this online shop!!!
