When someone I know has a birthday, we plan a bike tour around the Westensee lake with a stop at Café Zeit. They have delicious cakes and tortes there. For larger parties, you should let them know in advance how many people are coming. I'm not a frequent visitor to Café Zeit, and when I am, it's usually only for someone's birthday.
