Rude and rude saleswoman. Ordered Belgian waffles with powdered sugar and received a plain heart-shaped waffle with cherry syrup. Unfortunately, this waffle wasn't replaced with the one I ordered. They rudely forced my money into my hand and refused to sell me another one. Never again!
