I had my coffee machine repaired twice and it didn't work properly twice. The cost was around 100 euros each. Now I have found the fault, a defective pump seal ring, and now the company wants 200 euros for the repair... Good deal!

Terrible service, one star is too much. I bought it there almost a year ago and it's already been back three times for repairs. He claims to have only had good experiences with this model and never had any problems... Our machine is used in a three-shift operation, but we're not the only ones who expect a reliable coffee machine.
