Ok prices, but you have to pay to use the toilet?!. Even when you buy food first. There where also a elderly lady at the register that you could tell didn’t liked her job, seemed kinda unfriendly

Such an unfriendly, unmotivated colleague. Just foam and watered-down espresso. I was otherwise very pleased with your delicious cappuccino. When will you turn things around?
