We were only allowed to order a cappuccino because, according to the employee, it was very busy and he didn't have time for a frappato. Absolutely unacceptable. And the food we ordered to eat in was packaged as "to go," not in proper cups and on plates. Customers are simply unimportant here. Never again.

The cashier was rude, with no patience or professionalism. We wanted to buy a sticker, and she started sulking because we were speaking English and she couldn't understand us. I strongly advise the manager to change employees for the good of the business.
