Dobbelstein has a lovely atmosphere, with cute tables and booths. They have a huge selection of cakes as well as other delicious treats (jam, cookies, Baumkuchen etc.) Coffee and tea paired nicely with the cakes, and the service was excellent all three times I’ve been there.
