Café Plato is charming—cozy, with loving details, a friendly staff, and wonderful cakes. After admiring the wonderful children's drawings at the Neo Rauch Graphic Foundation, we visited Neo Rauch's favorite café and enjoyed his favorite cake—gooseberry meringue—highly recommended.

The service is very friendly. The ice cream sundaes aren't too big. Unfortunately, they don't come with napkins, and the fruit is too big for a spoon. You have to eat with your fingers. And, as mentioned, you have to order a napkin separately.
