Unlike all the other branches of this chain I've visited, the staff here were all unfriendly and noticeably in a bad mood during my visit today. Even my request for a new customer card seemed to pose a significant challenge, and when I asked if the two coffees I'd ordered would be ready immediately, they became downright rude.
