High-quality product – unfortunately, very poor customer service. After several inquiries about the whereabouts of my order, I received my first response after four weeks. The product then arrived four weeks later and, as mentioned, was of good quality. If the customer service improves in the future, I would gladly order again.

I ordered goods, received an invoice, the money was debited, but the goods never arrived. Numerous calls go unanswered, and emails are ignored. My money is probably gone too. The answering machine says something about a software development company. I can't understand this lack of response, as the website actually inspires confidence.
