I didn't really want to write my opinion here, but I think it will be helpful to others. The repair of my device was quoted at €180 here, but at another Jura shop I only paid €83, including a complete service.

Very disappointing. The saleswoman couldn't offer competent advice at all and seemed more like she just wanted to sell something – regardless of whether it fit or not. Furthermore, the prices here are significantly higher than in comparable stores. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend them.
