The cake was still frozen, and the cappuccino and latte arrived in to-go cups, so you couldn't tell which was which. Sure, you can't expect super high standards from McCafé, but this is outrageous. I'd give it zero stars if I could, but unfortunately that's not an option!

The floor is sticky, there are food scraps on the floor, and the employees seem to be overwhelmed by the situation.
