Really disappointed with the hygiene here. The Asian staff served me ice cream without wearing gloves, he had a wound on his finger. This is unacceptable for food safety. I threw the ice cream and did not eat it.

Incredibly disgusting service. If you buy a coffee for takeaway, but eventually decide to sit in with the coffee, you will be instructed to leave or pay an extra price in such an arrogant and unfriendly manner, that is unbelievable. I just don’t get how such places with so unfriendly service can operate with profit at all.

I picked a sandwich that was labelled €4.80 to go. I was charged €5.70. When I questioned it, I was told the sandwich was in the wrong place, but when I questioned the staff further, they told me they didn't have a sticker for this price. In my country this shop could be liable for selling items with the wrong price. I was annoyed.
