We were 10 people each doing a 'middle breakfast', and drinks as well. I'm not sure if there was an option to change the juice but only apple juice was set out, Water was included but it was not brought to us automatically. All breakfast platter items were served on only 1 tiered tray, although we were 10 people on a long table.
