The bar in the center of Tortoli is aptly named "Meeting Point." All the drinks, both hot and cold, are highly recommended. The ice cream is simply superb. The service is quick and attentive, and the owners are very friendly. For football fans – they have Sky Sports, so there's plenty of live football.

We had ice cream and a milkshake (Frappé in Italian). As we love pistachio flavor, the one on offer was delicious! The Frappé was also very good, as was the vanilla ice cream. I definitely recommend it!
