A magnificent setting with a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano, a pleasant and smiling waitress, and quick service... All of this is ruined by substandard food. Industrial burgers served half-cold, dry wraps and sandwiches without sauce, filled with processed cheese—this is "food" worthy of a bad school cafeteria...

Terrible service and food. Accidentally when here thinking it was the next door business as they have a nice area over the road looking over the lake. Watered down Aperol spritz. Annoyed with myself for ordering the frozen pizza.
