The wine list is excellent, the cocktails are excellent, and everything can be paired with cured meats and cheeses. EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT. Furthermore, the restaurant offers excellent food service, I highly recommend it.

The brioches are good. The sparkling wines are usually excellent. I tried the orecchiette with tomato sauce. Sublime, I mean, seriously. The dish was also authentically Apulian... and the Parmesan cheese they brought, to add if you like, was truly long-aged. Even the cappelletti are worthy of almost mystical meditation.
