The original Turta de Trei is excellent, and the tea selection is varied, interesting, and of high quality. Although I haven't tried it, I also find the 17-variety hot chocolate to be very well made.

Rip-off prices, dishonest to say the least. We had two coffees at the counter and politely asked for two glasses of water… total cost €4.60. €1 per glass of water… at the counter!! Where every bar offers it. Absolutely avoid.
