The staff were rude, unwelcoming, rushed, and inattentive to customer requests. They were wrapping a small Christmas present for me in bubble wrap, rather than presentably (which I noticed the next day upon collection). I was forced to pay for gift wrapping with additional items, and was asked to return the next day to pick it up.
