Stopped for a quick cafe before our train and then decided to make it 2 Irish coffees. The barmaster apologized for not having the perfect fresh cream, whipped up a similar concoction and served with patience for our non-existant Italian. Charming place, super service plus yummy cookies!

I stopped yesterday for a coffee and then a beer while waiting for someone. Excellent red beer, a beer fridge for €3.50, and all without even a couple of peanuts or chips. We're in Italy or France...but at least I won. There are video poker machines downstairs...crazy.
