We wait 20 minutes for an order at the table, which is left dirty by previous customers. The waitress invites me to go to the counter to choose my pasta. I go to the counter and have her put it aside. 10 minutes later, she returns, apologizing for having sold the pasta to another customer. I'm shocked.
