I was in the store (the one in Orta di Atella) on Thursday, October 16th. I go there often and have always had a good experience, finding the usual clerk to be kind, courteous, and friendly. But this Thursday, I found not a clerk but a rude, surly, and unpleasant "girl." Well, if I were the owner, I'd reconsider a few things.
