We wouldn't have spent that much even in a restaurant: scallops (2 slices obviously pre-cooked and reheated) €13 and grilled vegetables (2 slices of aubergine and 4 courgette fillets) €6.50, total dish €19.50. For a bar, on a lunch break, without even a menu to consult to find the prices, it's exaggeratedly expensive.
