The most authentic coffee from Florence. The family that runs the business is so sweet and welcoming. They showed us how they make the coffee and we got to taste test a bunch of flavors. Definitely worth the trip to stop by "the factory", they also have a physical cafe location in Florence. Check it out!

I did a tour of the roastery and they roast are their own coffee and take quality seriously. The machines were speciality-built into the roastery and they were very knowledgeable about everything to do with coffee and espresso! We tried a cappucino and it was amazing.

I went to this roastery on a field trip and it was honestly so cool to see the behind of the scenes! We were shown around and how to coffee is made and even given samples of espresso and cappuccinos. If you are in Florence and see a cafe that has the Dini Caffè logo on it, definitely give it a try!
