On the edge of Scansano's main square, before the narrowing of the public road to/from Saturnia, is this magnificent bakery offering bread and other treats, including filled rolls if you're in a hurry. I recommend their ricotta loaf, which is also delicious toasted and dipped in your morning latte. A must-stop if you're passing by.
