As a tourist i have to say i didn't have a bad experience here at all. My waiter was attentive and efficient. The table was clean, and my coffee and crossiant were perfect. So many treats to choose from. Although they were very busy i was served very quickly.

I cannot confirm the bad reviews as a tourist. I was obviously a tourist, had two Caffè macchiati and two dolce and paid 4,40€ in total. Totally okay, friendly and attentive staff.
