The barista should take a course in good manners and perhaps seek the help of a good psychologist. It's inconceivable that because we didn't hear what kind of sugar we wanted for our coffee, she threw a hysterical and embarrassing tantrum with customers who had never been to that establishment. It's truly a surreal situation.
