The piadina corner is located in via Ponte Nuovo in Castel di Sangro 5 minutes walk from Piazza Pebliscito, a varied choice of excellent piadinas as well as first courses and meat. The owners are very helpful, kind and friendly.

The piadina al piatto is clearly the house specialty. The pasta is good (I tried the whole wheat one) and the ingredients are high-quality. Service is slow and a bit distracted, but always courteous. Prices are reasonable for the location.
