Procida's tongue is spectacular, especially the one with lemon cream, just as it is, otherwise you have to fill it with various flavors: pistachio, Nutella, jam, and many other flavors that I don't remember. It's a soft, sweet puff pastry with just the right amount of cream inside, I highly recommend it...
