We found this gem around the corner from our hotel and it became our local for the week that we stayed in Trieste. Staff are very friendly and attentive and they offer lovely food and a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for making us feel welcome every time we turned up.

These guys saved me on a Christmas Holiday, where most other restaurants and bars were closed. I wanted to have a quick (warm!) lunch before my 7h train journey back home, and couldn't manage to find anything to take away. Here I found a lovely hot sandwich to go as well as a Tiramisu. Great food. Great and friendly service. Very good price. A must stop. Had lunch on my own: a large beer, lasagna, tiramisu, and expresso for 19€. Hard to beat.
