Extremely rude staff. I came in for a coffee and wasn't allowed to use the restroom. Dirty cups, and staff who barely speak Italian.

Zero cleanliness, smelly cups and glasses, and often expired products. The only person offering incompetent service is rude, surly, and often rude.

She's rude to us and never nice. She brings you dirty cutlery and glasses. And then she cleans up after you eat. I don't recommend her to anyone.
