We drove 2 hours to get here from Florence but the experience is always amazing and well worth the effort. Can’t wait to be back. I recommend to get both the boiled and grilled versions!

In Camporgiano, a spacious restaurant with plenty of seating. Excellent cuisine featuring local dishes. Their specialty is PANIGACCI, made with flour, water, and salt, cooked in small terracotta pots, preheated and served in a variety of delicious ways. A true specialty!
