I've been using this coffee in pods and capsules for years. It's excellent, and I even let my guests enjoy it since I have a B&B nearby. But I'll have to find another Point store or change the product, as I find the clerk rude and unprofessional. I'm sorry, but this will be my last purchase from this Point.

The coffee was decent, I'd never tried it before. The lady behind the counter interacts little or not at all with the customer, like, "If you want it, you buy it; otherwise, nothing, too busy on her phone." Customers want advice, pampered. I'll be back; the pods are decent and reasonably priced.

The machine was under warranty and used for about a month. They charged €20 for cleaning. I don't know what the problem was, but it cut off the power, meaning it was shorted. I still don't know if the problem has been fixed, but it's clear they don't charge for a machine under warranty.
