Friendly staff... Wide selection of products, something for everyone. I'm giving it three stars because the aluminum cap on the pods is a bit thick, and my coffee maker has trouble piercing it, which makes the water flow slow and consequently reduces the flow of the coffee. At least that's the explanation I was given.
