The gentleman doesn't know what customer service, kindness, and courtesy are. He lives in his bubble, taking things for granted. Just change jobs if you want to avoid contact with the public.

A bit out of the ordinary...(a local-style bottled beer costs 5 CHF), when the price list was 4 CHF. If the same bottles are bought at the supermarket...I'll leave it up to you to decide what business that is. But let's leave that aside and just say one thing: the place is dirty, very dirty.
