Probably the best bakery in Zermatt. Everything is sourdough-based, and it shows. Amazing cinnamon rolls, sourdough croissants, and some “frallor” that hint at the Norwegian roots of the head …

The sandwich was very good, the excellent bread & ingredients. I found the croissant to be the best, it was very unique in term of texture and flavor, you can tell this is sourdough. The cinnamon roll was also excellent, very moist, not too sweet.

The bakery is one of the best I’ve tried in Switzerland so far. They have amazing sourdough cinnamon and cardamom buns which were just epic. The chocolate brioche was also good. Furthermore, the women working there was extremely friendly and even gave me some good hiking advice.
